By applying to 1913 you allow Atropos Studios to store your personal information for casting and administrational purposes. This information will not be shared for any other purpose and will be removed upon request in accordance with GDPR law.

Drop out policy:
If you get a spot at the larp and then realize you have to drop out after paying the participant fee you will be able to do so except for the deposit that is non refundable.
If you drop out after the 1st of May 2025 we will keep the full payment even though you have to drop out, so that we can provide a cheaper ticket for a replacement player.
Values:
Even though this larp depicts a different time in history with a different view on gender, sexuality, culture and nationality, poverty and class than ours, this is a place where any discrimination off-game on the basis of gender and gender expression, national or ethnical identity, ability or social situation is not tolerated.
Accessibility
We strive to be as accessible and inclusive as possible. Unfortunately the location is old and has a lot of stairs in it, which means it is not wheelchair accessible.
Alcohol and drugs:
According to Danish law no illicit drugs are allowed at this event. Alcohol will be available but since this is event that also welcomes minors we urge you to drink responsibly. The organizers will remove you from play if we feel that you are overly intoxicated.
Sex and violence:
Sex is not a major theme of this larp, if you and a co-player agree that you want to play on sexual content or play out a sexual act this needs to be done in private where no one will see you, in accordance to the moral and ethical norms of 1913.
You will get time to calibrate how you want to play on sex in the workshops and are encouraged to go off game to calibrate before any such scene is initiated.
Some characters have darker themes in them to be played on behind closed doors such as violence in the home, alcohol abuse and such. None of these themes vill be openly played on but treated with the discretion suitable of the time and setting.
You will be able to opt out of these themes in the sign up.
Violence is most likely not going to be a part of this larp for those that play female characters, but there will be a workshop in rough-housing at the larp for those who wants to take part of that.
Sexual violence: This is not a theme of this larp. If you for some reason feel like you need to play on this it is to be done as sexual content in general, only played on and with co-players you have spoken to before hand and that has opted in to this subject. It is not allowed to reach anyone outside of the pre-calibrated parties and will not be exposed during the run time of the larp.
Safety and casting:
After the sign up is closed everyone will get a week to look through the participant list and let us know if there is any specific players they would love to play closely with.
They will also have the possibility to let us know if there is anyone who’s presence would compromise their safety at the larp.
More information will come in a separate email after the sign up has closed.
